At Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C., he is known for his depth of experience, strategic judgment, and ability to guide clients through high-conflict and high-profile cases with clarity and precision.

Patrick’s family law practice covers all aspects of matrimonial and domestic relations matters, including divorce, prenuptial agreements, business and asset valuations, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, alimony, equitable distribution, and post-judgment modifications. He has extensive experience handling complex and high-profile divorces. In addition to his family law practice, Patrick maintains a subspecialty in construction law, representing contractors in disputes with private owners, public entities, and other contractors. His work includes public bidding issues, construction liens, Department of Labor matters, change order disputes, and contract drafting tailored to client needs.

A seasoned trial attorney, Patrick has successfully tried numerous cases in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration, securing seven-figure jury verdicts. He has argued approximately one hundred appeals before the Superior Court, Appellate Division, and has appeared before the New Jersey Supreme Court on seven occasions.

Patrick has received consistent recognition for his work in family law, including selection to The Best Lawyers in America (2026 Edition) and ongoing inclusion since 2021. He has also been named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list for 2026 and has been recognized by Super Lawyers for over twenty consecutive years across family law, construction litigation, and general litigation.

The firm’s family law practice represents high-net-worth and high-profile individuals, including business leaders and members of prominent families, in complex and often sensitive matters. Particularly experienced in sophisticated financial cases, the attorneys advise on issues such as business valuation, trusts, hidden assets, and the protection of separate property. They prioritize amicable, solution-driven resolutions where possible, while remaining fully prepared to litigate when necessary to protect clients’ interests.

The practice is widely recognized for its leadership in the field, with lawyers contributing to leading family law publications, lecturing on complex issues, and holding prominent roles in professional organizations.
