Lindsey de Stefan is a respected family law attorney whose practice is devoted to matrimonial and domestic relations matters. Drawing on valuable judicial and mediation experience, she represents clients in a broad range of family law disputes, combining thoughtful advocacy with practical, client-focused guidance.

Lindsey has vast experience advising clients on divorce, child custody and parenting time, relocation, alimony, child support, and post-judgment modifications. Her experience as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part provided valuable insight into the judicial process and the resolution of complex family law disputes. During her clerkship, she also mediated family law and Special Civil Part matters and was approved as a mediator by the New Jersey Judiciary Administrative Office of the Courts.

Prior to entering private practice, Lindsey served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jane Gallina-Mecca, J.S.C. She also completed judicial internships with the Honorable Robert P. Contillo, P.J.Ch. (Ret.) and the Honorable Gerald C. Escala, J.S.C. (Ret.), and worked as a summer associate at a New Jersey law firm concentrating on matrimonial and family law.

While attending Seton Hall University School of Law, Lindsey served for two years as an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. She also authored a published legal commentary examining qualified immunity reform and police accountability.

Lindsey is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Family Law Section, where she remains engaged with developments in matrimonial and family law throughout the state. She is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York.
