Professional Biography

Heather Earnhart is an experienced family law attorney with nearly 20 years of practice, advising clients across a range of complex domestic matters. She is known for her work as both a trial lawyer and mediator, bringing a balanced and practical approach to resolving family disputes.

Heather’s practice focuses primarily on family law, including divorce, child custody, paternity actions, and premarital planning. In addition to her litigation work, she is a certified Family & Divorce Mediator through the Mediation Institute and is regularly engaged to serve as a mediator. Her experience spans both contested and negotiated matters, allowing her to tailor her approach to the needs of each client.

Alongside her family law work, Heather maintains a broader civil litigation practice, with experience across a variety of general civil matters. She is a seasoned trial lawyer with extensive experience in both civil and domestic litigation.

Heather is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, reflecting her standing within the field. She is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

She earned her law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Tulsa Law Review and was an active member of the Phi Delta Phi honors society.
